Protocol 4

Core Idea

The Decision Filter determines whether a perceived market condition is valid for action.

It is a gate between perception and execution.

Only structured conditions are allowed to pass.

Function

This protocol does not analyze the market.

It evaluates readiness for decision-making.

It blocks emotional, biased, or premature actions.

Valid Decision Conditions

  • A decision is considered valid only when:

    • Market structure is clearly identifiable
    • No dominant emotional bias is present
    • Timing aligns with observable behavior
    • Risk context is understood before action

Invalid Decision Conditions

A decision must be rejected when:

  • urgency is emotionally driven
  • structure is unclear or forced
  • recent outcome is influencing behavior
  • intuition is used without confirmation
  • clarity is not stable

Cognitive Note

A strong internal feeling is not a decision trigger.

It is only an internal signal that must pass structural validation before action.

System Role

This is the first execution gate in PCC.

It ensures that only structured, non-distorted conditions move forward into action.
